Overview
At Growmore Lab LLC, customer satisfaction and product quality are important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or exchange within 30 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible, products must be unused, unopened, and returned in their original packaging with all labels, manuals, accessories, and proof of purchase. Customized, special-order, clearance, and final-sale products may not be eligible for return.
Refunds
Once your returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider. Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to an error by Growmore Lab LLC or a defective product.
Exchanges
We may replace products that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.
To request an exchange, contact our customer support team within 7 days of delivery. Please provide your order details and, where applicable, photographs of the product or packaging.
Our team will review your request and provide further exchange instructions.
Non-Returnable Products
For safety, quality, and compliance reasons, certain products may not be eligible for return, including:
- Opened or used laboratory products
- Products with broken safety or sterile seals
- Customized or special-order products
- Products damaged through improper handling
- Clearance or final-sale items
Additional restrictions may apply based on the product type.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for securely packaging and shipping eligible return products unless the return results from a defective, damaged, or incorrectly supplied item.
We recommend using an insured and trackable shipping service. Growmore Lab LLC is not responsible for return packages lost or damaged during transit.
